Job description for Digital Marketing Intern at Ravant Studios
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Have experience managing paid digital campaigns, with a portfolio or examples of campaign results.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and turn insights into practical improvements
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, advertising pixels, and Google Analytics.
- Good English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads based on campaign objectives.
2. Research target audiences and set up audience segments, retargeting strategies, and suitable ad placements.
3. Manage advertising budgets and monitor daily spending to keep campaigns within budget and on track toward performance targets.
4. Work with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and videos, and run A/B tests to identify effective combinations.
5. Monitor and optimize campaign performance by adjusting targeting, bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
6. Set up and verify conversion tracking, analyze results, and prepare regular reports with clear recommendations.
7. Stay updated on advertising platform changes, policies, and trends, and test new approaches to improve campaign results.
