SUPPORT THE ASSISTANT DIGITAL MANAGER:
· Coordinate monthly editorial calendars and align with brand guidelines received from the Brand Managers – Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels as applicable
· Daily social media response management with support from the Brand Sales & Marketing Managers
· Run social media campaigns that align with the brand’s needs and to drive results
· Survey and report best practices of other brands within and outside the industry to analyze efforts
· Attend brand events and create content in collaboration with the Brand Managers and Ambassadors
· Present ideas for additional social media activities that will help to increase awareness and sales
· Submit monthly reports on social media management and analytics
· Use brand tools effectively to monitor and archive user-generated content, as well as create reports
Key opinion leaders and influencer relations
· Proactively engage with social media influencers/bloggers and find new opportunities to work with them
· Regulate requests and cooperate with Brand Managers to fulfil relevant collaborations
· Monitor and follow up on the online coverage result
· Manage, update and monitor all content and report any problems to the IT Department
· Reply to queries received via the contact us section
· Update website SEO when necessary and provide website traffic analytics
Digital media, marketing and advertising
· Provide a regular digital media news and advertising report for Alchemy Asia’s brands and competitors
· Assist Brand Managers to pitch stories / releases to the digital content editors of publications

· Support Brand Sales Teams with content and photography related to e-commerce platforms and creating a digital e-brochure
· Stay abreast of digital marketing innovation and trends – suggest how they can be implemented into the digital strategy
· If possess the appropriate design skills; support the Graphic Designer with design work when required
· Support the Account Manager and Event Coordinator with administrative tasks, paperwork, event planning and set-up. Tasks will be varied with a range of responsibility.
· Adhoc tasks relevant to role, skill set and company commitments.
· Understanding of planning and managing social media and digital marketing
· Fluent in Vietnamese and English – written and spoken
· Prior experience in hospitality or food and drink industry is preferred
· Desirable: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator or any other design software and video editing skills would be an added advantage
