Job Description
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and motivated Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, explore new ideas, and grow with our team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media, with opportunities to contribute, develop new skills, and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing digital marketing activities for PT Arah Maju Bersama, covering both Faye Pamulang and Faye Cipete outlets.
- Contribute in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities across social media and paid advertising platforms.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the brand's online presence through regular content updates, audience interaction, and social media engagement.
- Develop creative concepts and transform marketing ideas into engaging visual content, including photos, videos, and short-form social media materials.
- Handle the content production process, from brainstorming and preparation to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Support the management of advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including campaign monitoring and performance adjustments.
- Research competitors, audience behavior, and emerging digital trends to discover opportunities for brand growth.
- Work alongside teams to ensure all promotional materials and digital communications align with the brand's positioning and visual identity.
- Support SEO, SEM, CRM, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 26 years old.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields are welcome to apply.
- Previous hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Brand Marketing, or Performance Marketing through internships, freelance projects, or professional experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience is preferred.
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experienced in content creation, including content planning, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Understand social media algorithms, digital trends, basic SEO, SEM, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Must have a relevant portfolio showcasing content creation, social media management, marketing campaigns, or digital marketing projects.
- Willing to work and move between both outlet locations as needed.
