What You'll Do:
* Develop & supervise a dedicated social media content
*ā Plan, Manage, and optimize social media ads (Meta, TikTok, Youtube)
* Develop content pillars, campaign themes, posting strategy, and audience growth initiatives.
* Plan, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns , particularly Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook).
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, traffic, leads/conversions, and cost efficiency.
* Identify audience segments and develop appropriate targeting strategies.
* Analyze social media and advertising performance and provide actionable insights.
* Support the team in developing digital activation and campaign ideas to increase audience engagement.
* Support sponsorship acquisition by identifying potential brand partners and creating digital marketing perspectives/value propositions for sponsors.
* Collaborate with the creative, account, and project teams to ensure digital activities are aligned with the overall campaign.
* Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads & YouTube Ads
* Able to read and interpret digital marketing data and campaign performance.
* Understands audience targeting, campaign optimization, and basic digital analytics.
* Experience in event, entertainment, lifestyle, community, music, sports, or youth-oriented campaigns is a plus.
* Experience in sponsorship, brand partnership, or campaign collaboration is highly preferred.
* Strategic thinker who can also execute independently.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
* Available to work according to the project timeline and campaign needs.
