Job description for Digital Marketing Executive at Rpat Pte Ltd
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team and company director.
You will be fully involved in setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy including SEO & SEM. This includes maintaining social media accounts, planning strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
You will be critical in promoting our company brand and services to the right channels. Additional responsibilities include working with the design team for EDMs and collaterals, supporting online events and other business requirements.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM implementation
- Design, build and maintain a positive, strong and growing social media presence
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Monitor and report performance of all marketing campaigns against set goals (KPIs and targets)
- Work with other departments to plan & execute campaigns
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in marketing planning and strategy
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including SEM / Google Analytics / Mailchimp / Zoho Mail.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge on design is an added advantage
