Job description for Digital Marketing Executive at 3dvanced Pte Ltd
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and learner acquisition. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is passionate about education, comfortable with data, and eager to make an impact.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance KPIs, and ROI; prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Content & Social Media
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with programme launches, events, and brand initiatives
- Create compelling copy and collaborate with designers to produce engaging content for social media, blog, email newsletters, and landing pages
- Grow and manage Quill Learning's social media presence across key platforms
SEO & Website
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Work with the web team to optimise landing pages for conversion and user experience
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot to track and report website performance
CRM & Email Marketing
- Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Support lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and present findings to stakeholders
- Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics (GA4) and data visualisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
