Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Marketplace)

Kriteria:

- Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 30 tahun

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Digital Marketing

- Menguasai Meta Ads (Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads)

- Memahami pengelolaan marketplace seperti Shopee & Tokopedia

- Terbiasa membuat dan menganalisa campaign ads

- Mampu membaca data performa iklan dan membuat report sederhana

- Kreatif, komunikatif, dan up to date dengan trend digital

- Memiliki kemampuan copywriting menjadi nilai tambah

- Target oriented dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim

Jobdesk:

- Mengelola dan menjalankan campaign Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Optimasi iklan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan awareness brand

- Monitoring performa ads harian, mingguan, dan bulanan

- Mengelola marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll)

- Upload produk, update stok, promo, dan banner marketplace

- Membuat strategi promo untuk meningkatkan traffic dan conversion

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim desain/content untuk kebutuhan materi promosi

- Melakukan riset trend market dan kompetitor

- Membuat laporan performa digital marketing secara berkala
