- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead in the fashion industry.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Write compelling captions, and ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
- Source and curate user-generated content to enhance community engagement.
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
- Build relationships with influencers to expand the brand’s reach.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and product teams.
- Run social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage social media ad campaigns, including setting up targeting parameters, budgeting, and tracking performance.
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Meta Insights to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
