We’re Hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
At PT Cicana Indonesia Corp, a Digital Marketing Coordinator is more than just managing social media or ads.

Through content, campaigns, and digital experiences, you’ll help translate our brand promise into real impact. By combining data insight, creative execution, and performance strategy, you’ll help ensure Cicana continues to grow with strong and sustainable brand value.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure execution of marketing plan and monthly content plan aligns with brand identity and business targets
- Lead and actively execute end-to-end creative content production (concept development, copywriting, basic editing, and distribution) across all digital channels
- Monitor and analyze content & ads performance to optimize campaigns and marketing strategy
- Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ads campaigns to support company revenue targets
- Monitor social media engagement (DM & comments) to ensure communication quality and brand tone consistency
- Execute marketing collaboration programs with KOL, communities, and brand partners
- Ensure daily digital marketing activities contribute directly to company KPI achievement
What we’re looking for:
- Open to male and female candidates
- Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek
- S1 from Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Performance Marketing /Content Specialist
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Analytics
- Familiar with photo & video editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Experienced in using digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environment
