Job description for Digital Marketing Consultant at Mitra Generasi Digital
MGD is looking for a Growth Hacker who is curious, analytical, and passionate about solving business problems through marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies to support business growth.
- Plan and structure marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Optimizer team to execute campaigns and experiments on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Test creative ideas, audience segments, and campaign structures.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
- Work closely with clients to support strategic marketing decisions related to advertising performance.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify optimization opportunities
- Familiar with marketing experimentation, including testing creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Able to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in experimentation and continuous improvement
- Ability to balance marketing performance and business objectives
- Hybrid (WFO in Bandung)
