Earth Circus Bali mencari individu yang kreatif, analitis, dan berorientasi pada hasil untuk memperkuat kehadiran brand di ranah digital. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam mendukung ekspansi perusahaan melalui kanal grosir dan ritel, baik lokal maupun internasional.
Requirements:
- Experience managing ads for female fashion/beauty salon (targeting tourists & expats)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Deep understanding Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads.
- Creative, deadline-driven, and highly loyal to company goals.
- Owns a suitable device for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance & optimize strategy
- Develop and execute innovative ads strategies to boost followers, engagement, store visit & order.
- Work closely with creative & content team
- Strong understanding of social media & fashion trends
- Independently set up marketing strategies and implement fresh ideas to grow our social media presence.
- Understand influencer marketing
