Knal is a fast-growing tech marketing startup revolutionizing WhatsApp marketing in Indonesia. We provide a comprehensive platform that empowers businesses to enhance their marketing efforts, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Digital Marketing Consultant (Customer Success) to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring a good experience for our clients.
Responsibilities (external):
Onboarding: Introduce and onboard clients (primarily consumer brands) to Knal marketing tools and tend to their needs.
Goalsetting: Work with clients to develop and optimize their marketing goals, Knal marketing plans
Supervise/Execute: Work with clients to implement and execute their marketing plans and/or supervise the implementation and execution of their marketing plans, specifically those related to Knal’s marketing tools.
Improve: Conduct necessary research and periodically analyze campaign performance data to be able to provide perpetual improvement to the client's Knal marketing plan.
Relationship: Build strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for Knal, including but not limited to conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Internal responsibilities (internal):
Improve: Provide recommendations and reports for the company to perpetually improve its marketing tools and marketing playbook by:
Monitoring and analyzing clients’ marketing strategy and performance; and
Conducting necessary research.
Marketing: Basic marketing support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferably)
Proven experience in digital marketing agency or running Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and campaign optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and articulate the value of Knal's platform to clients.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle client concerns and challenges effectively.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.
