Job description for Digital Marketing Consultant (China & Asia) - Onboard ASAP at IT Consultis
- Develop and take full ownership of executing a well-crafted digital marketing plan to support ITC in our outreach and visibility goals
- Collaborate with different departments: Design, Strategy & Consulting, IT to create effective content on topics such as eCommerce, Marketing Automation, China Digital Landscape, etc
- Plan content publishing calendar and upload content on our social media channels, including: ITC Website Blog, WeChat Official Account, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Provide detailed reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Analyze online user behaviors, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, WeChat, etc)
- Ensure ITC rank #1 on strategic keywords on search engine
- Create meaningful, visualized dashboards with insightful recommendations based on tracked data of marketing performance across all channels
- Lead monthly Marketing Performance Review meetings with C-level to explain to stakeholders the results & point out areas of improvement
- Create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations to provide market & consumer insights to C-level during Marketing Performance review meetings
- Stay up-to-date with customer & market insights and new approaches in digital transformation in China & Asia markets.
- Manage clients’ digital transformation initiatives end-to-end with ITC’s strategic pillars consisting of BI & Infrastructure Integration, Marketing Automation, WeChat and WeCom Consultation & Activation
- Create and manage clients’ WeChat Official Accounts & WeChat Work including registration, setup, implementation, content, follower, and post management
- Get up to speed on Social CRM Tools used by ITC, advise clients on Acquisition, Lead Management, Engagement, Personalization, Conversion strategies
- Help to build digital proposals for clients through competitive analysis, identify business goals, assess customer needs, build user personas, map user journeys, and deliver strategic and actionable recommendations
- Stay up-to-date, explore, and evaluate trends in the digital landscape
- Develop presentation materials for clients
- Other ad-hoc analysis as required by management
- A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, CRM, or relevant qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience preferably in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or Technology Consulting
- Hands-on experience using analytics tool (Google Analytics, Baidu, WeChat), content writing and project management
- Ability to “translate” complex technology processes into meaningful solutions that address business needs
- Proven track record of successful SEO/SEM optimization & ranking well on search engines
- Quick learner, with the ability to write powerful content on new topics and craft well-designed illustrations to support the articles
- Proactive and able to propose new content topics
- Great team player, positive attitude with eager to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
- Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the team’s needs
- Excellent English communication, writing and listening skills to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets
- Existing knowledge or previous experience with China market is highly regarded
- Knowledge of Mandarin (speaking + listening + writing skills) is a great plus
- Knowledge about the digital landscape, eCommerce, WeChat, WeCom, Magento, Drupal, Laravel, WordPress
- Efficiency in visualization tools (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc)
- Familiar with WordPress CMS backend
- Familiar with WeChat Official Account/Social CRM backend
- Report to Vice President and work with Digital & Marketing Consultant with support of Design + Strategy & Consulting team
- Location: HCMC (preferred), but flexible mode can also be considered.
- Due to the unique nature of this position, we require a 2-month probation period before moving to full-time officially

- Salary Range: 15,000,000VND - 20,000,000VND
