Minimal S1/D4 bidang Digital Marketing, Marketing, Komunikasi, Informatika, DKV, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Digital Marketing, Social Media, Website Management, atau Digital Content.
Menguasai pengelolaan Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, dan platform digital lainnya.
Mampu membuat konten berupa copywriting, desain grafis, foto, dan video untuk kebutuhan perusahaan.
Mampu mengelola, melakukan update, maintenance, dan mengembangkan website perusahaan; pengalaman WordPress/CMS menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki pemahaman HTML/CSS dan basic web development; kemampuan coding/programming menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, dan strategi peningkatan digital visibility.
Mampu menggunakan dan membaca Google Analytics/Search Console atau tools analytics lainnya serta membuat laporan performa digital.
Kreatif, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan copywriting yang baik, serta mampu membangun digital branding/corporate image.
Proaktif, inovatif, adaptif terhadap teknologi, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun kolaboratif, berorientasi pada hasil, dan memiliki strong attention to detail.
