Lionel Express is seeking a creative, proactive, and data-driven professional to lead and elevate our digital marketing initiatives and social media presence. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on content creation to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize Lionel Express’s official social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Content Strategy: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive content plans and editorial calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and curate highly engaging multimedia content tailored to the unique algorithms and audiences of each platform.
- Performance Marketing: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation: Design and implement digital marketing strategies specifically aimed at increasing qualified leads and driving business growth.
- Data Analytics: Continuously monitor and track key performance metrics, including engagement rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), and overall conversion rates.
- Reporting & Optimization: Prepare detailed digital marketing performance reports, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and competitor activities to keep our strategies innovative and relevant.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Advertising Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in content creation and video editing tools, specifically Canva and CapCut.
- Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of basic digital analytics, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable reporting.
- Creative Communication: Exceptional creativity coupled with strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
- Work Ethic: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while meeting strict deadlines.
