Job description for Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist at PT. Terra Eden Bali
PT. Terra Eden Bali is a Bali based property company specializing in secure freehold and leasehold property investment opportunities.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies to promote our properties, generate qualified investor leads, and increase brand awareness in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and create engaging marketing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Develop and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate, manage, and follow up potential property investor leads.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion and property sales.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance.
• Understand and evaluate key advertising metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition.
• Manage and coordinate KOLs, influencers, content creators, and brand collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, campaign briefs, content monitoring, and performance evaluation.
• Develop creative concepts for property marketing campaigns, including graphic design and short-form video content.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
• MUST be proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, or Sales.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Good understanding of digital advertising strategy, targeting, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion funnels.
• Strong understanding of ROI and ROAS and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Experience in handling KOLs / Influencers / Content Creators is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, analytical, and target-oriented.
• Property, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Tourism marketing experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Nusa Dua, Bali.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant previous work, preferably including one or more of the following:
• Meta Ads / Google Ads campaign portfolio, including campaign results or performance metrics.
• Social media and digital marketing campaign portfolio.
• Graphic design / content design portfolio.
• Video, Reels, TikTok, or other short-form content portfolio.
• KOL / Influencer campaign examples, if available.
