About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative professional to support our digital marketing initiatives while managing the company's presence across B2B marketplaces. This role plays an important part in strengthening our online visibility, generating business opportunities, and supporting the company's growth in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize the company's presence on B2B marketplaces such as Indotrading and Indonetwork.
* Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, website, and other online platforms.
* Create marketing content, including product posts, company updates, and promotional materials.
* Handle customer inquiries from digital channels and provide sales administration support when required.
* Monitor marketplace and digital marketing performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
* Support lead generation activities and contribute ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Assist with other marketing and business development activities as assigned.
Requirements
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketplace Management, Business Development, or related roles.
* Good command of English for daily communication.
* Familiar with B2B marketplaces, social media management, and Canva.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of SEO, website management, AI tools, or basic graphic/video editing.
* Experience with industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products is an advantage.
