Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Ads & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media and e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, maximizing campaign performance, and ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate understands both performance marketing and marketplace operations, and is able to work closely with creative and KOL teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Shopee Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and improve campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness, consideration, conversion, to retargeting.
- Oversee creative rotation and creative boosting strategy to maintain ad freshness and improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign results regularly, including spend, ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and other key performance metrics. - Collaborate closely with the Creative Team and KOL Specialist to brief, request, and align on creative assets needed for ads and campaign execution.
- Identify top-performing creatives, winning angles, and content gaps, then translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Upload, manage, and maintain product listings, including new SKU launches, pricing updates, stock coordination, and product information accuracy across e-commerce platforms.
- Submit and execute marketplace campaign participation such as Super Beauty Day, Pilih Lokal, Double Date campaigns, and other promotional programs.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all assets, product setups, vouchers, and promotional mechanics are ready before launch.
- Monitor marketplace performance and recommend strategies to improve product visibility, traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Work closely with internal teams to align advertising strategies with brand objectives, product priorities, and sales targets.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, ad features, and e-commerce campaign opportunities to keep the brand competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Shopee Ads, and marketplace campaign mechanics.
- Familiar with performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
