Responsibilities :
- Introduce and publicize the company's products and services through Social Media and Event. Coordinated for events marketing (online and offline) held companies.
- Conducting research and reviews (both online / offline) associated with products, tips, events, and other matters relating to the products and services company.
- Providing training technologies and products to stakeholders (internal-external) companies.
- Manage and develop forums and social media accounts of the company.
- Communication / coordination with vendors and third party relating to the marketing of products and services company.Candidate will be involved in show presentation via video channel for IT products, technology, electronic exhibition and games related.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for candidate who want to excel a career as a news presenter, youtube icon, or product reviewer.
- Responsibility will also include promotional campaigns, delivering all channels and brand on air promotion, as well as supporting marketing, digital, and social media activities in the company (public relations).
Requirements :
- Maximum 25 years old with Good looking and Charming personality
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising Media, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Superb Communication and Strong Interpersonal skills
- Creative, Energetic, and Strong Enthusiasm in technology
- Must have Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
- Full-Time/Part Time position(s) available.

Background checking
Saya melamar di suatu perusahaan, dan tinggal tahap terakhir saya utk ttd kontrak yaitu background checking. Dan ketika saya tulis gaji terakhir saya di sistem perusahaan tsb, saya memberikan jawaban gaji saya yg awal. Jd pekerjaan saya skrg ini, terdapat perbedaan gaji. Awalnya saya digaji 6jt tp saya dipindahkan ke departement lain dan gajinya dikurangi 1jt. Tp saya menuliskan gaji terakhir saya di sistem perusahaan tempat saya apply adalah gaji yg 6jt.
Dan salah satu syarat background check melampirkan slip gaji, saya terlanjur menulis 6jt.
Dan juga setelah slip gaji, dll saya kirimkan ke hr tempat saya apply, hr tsb akan mengirimkan email ke direct atasan saya.
Pertanyaan saya:
1. Bagaimana saya menyikapi perbedaan gaji terakhir yg saya tulis di sistem mereka dengan slip gaji saya yg 5jt itu?
2. Ketika saya bilang ke direct atasan saya sekarang ini perihal background checking dari tempat yg saya apply, apakah yg harus saya ucapkan ke atasan saya skrg ini padahal saya belum ajukan resign?

Jujur, itu pertanyaan menjebak dan ya bagi saya yang belum mengetahui persis apa kelebihan dan kekurangan.
Pertanyaan ini selalu muncul saat interview, kalau saya selalu menjawab:
Kekurangan saya: mudah lupa namun untuk mengatasinya selalu membuat catatan ketika melakukan aktifitas atau misal kerja. Jadi ketika lupa, bisa melihat catatan tadi.
Kelebihan: saya suka membuat konten yang berhubungan dengan fotografi atau videografi untuk sosial media. Dan saya memiliki antusias dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi dalam dunia desain. (Karena basic saya desain)
Dan apakah jawaban seperti ini, akan di lirik oleh HRD? Dilema...
