Digital Marketing - Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the entire creative production process—from briefing, planning, and execution to final delivery
• Develop project timelines and ensure efficient execution while maintaining high creative standards
• Facilitate collaboration between designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and other departments (e.g. marketing, brand, product)
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the brief and campaign objectives
• Work closely with the Creative Team in managing content production, including photoshoots, video shoots, graphic design, and copywriting
• Organize creative team workflows using project management systems and tools
• Identify risks and production bottlenecks with the Creative Team, and proactively provide solutions
• Focuses on building strategic collaborations, including with artists, brands, or influencers
• Monitor team and project performance using data, and recommend improvements for future efficiency
Business Development – Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the market and increase company revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and relevant stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with both new and existing clients
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop competitive and relevant offerings
• Manage the sales pipeline and report achievements and business targets to management
• Stay updated on industry and technology developments to ensure business strategies remain relevant and innovative
Required Qualifications:
• Maximum age of 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, business development or related roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong market analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Familiar with creative production processes, particularly in design, copy, and photo/video
• Having a wide network to reach potential collaborators
• Having a leadership, creativity & problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication abilities (creative, marketing, product, sales, etc)
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Notion or similar platforms
• Understanding of creative KPIs and ability to analyze team performance
