Job Responsibilities
Seeking high-performing Digital Sales professionals to drive customer acquisition for financing solutions. This role requires individuals who can combine strong sales capabilities with financial advisory skills to help customers improve their financial situations.
- Manage and convert inbound leads into customers.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs.
- Assess customer cash flow and financial conditions to recommend suitable financing solutions.
- Present product benefits and address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline throughout the sales cycle.
- Build long-term trust with customers through professional advisory support.
- Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Consumer Lending, Multi-Finance, Fintech Lending, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of credit products, lending processes, and customer financing needs.
- Proven experience in consultative sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience handling lending products, personal loans, credit cards, or debt-related products is highly preferred.
