Job description for Digital Experience Specialist at Kitalulus
- Understand customers needs and research interaction design and technology trends
- Create storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Write the platform requirement documents (design, content, user, and functional requirements)
- Identify, overview and communicate platform milestones deliverables
- Lead Content Team by providing guidance, delegating, and reviewing the writings and formats as per standard (relevant, SEO-friendly, and engaging content)
- Collaborate with the Design team to create wireframes and designs that balance the user- friendly, reusability, and aesthetic aspect of the platform.
- Work with IT Team by communicating requirements, testing, and providing feedback for the platform
- Conducting regular bugs or errors tracking
- Identifying and monitoring platform key metrics (e.g., user growth, defining and measuring active users, engagement behavior, etc.)
- Enhance existing features and propose new features and new users/models
- Have 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience (including freelance, internships and full-time positions)
- Applicant with portfolio will be fast-tracked
- Has completed at least bachelor’s degree (S1) from all majors
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Excellent communicator
- Passionate about technology and customer experience
- Willingness to learn and multi-tasker
- Full WFO from office (in Jakarta Selatan) from Tuesday - Saturday
