Job description for Digital Content Specialist at PT INDOVESTOR VENTURES GROUP
We are Indovestor. We move fast, and we are looking for a highly proactive Digital Content Specialist to join our team.
You will work directly with our Marketing Director. We need a versatile doer—someone who can brainstorm ideas, execute the production, and confidently become the face of our property content.

What You Will Do:
- Ideate & Execute: Pitch ideas, plan the content calendar, and spot the latest trends across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube.
- End-to-End Production: Handle everything from storyboarding to shooting and final video editing.
- On-Camera Talent: Be the energetic host/model for our property tours and promotional videos.
- Design: Create clean, high-quality graphics (social feeds, banners, marketing materials).
- Adapt: Flexibly support the Marketing Director on daily ad-hoc creative tasks.
What You Need (Requirements):
- Mindset: Highly proactive, energetic, and thrives under tight deadlines. You figure things out.
- Video: Strong skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Design: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Canva Pro is a plus for quick edits).
- Copywriting: Able to write sharp, engaging social media captions.
- Experience: Proven track record in digital content creation or social media management.
Nice to Have:
- Knows how to operate a professional camera (or eager to learn quickly).
- Owns a high-end smartphone (iPhone/Samsung flagship) for quick content shoots.
- Fluent in English.
