DIGITAL CONTENT CREATOR

IndoLinen is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Digital Content Creator to support the company's marketing and brand development through high-quality visual content production.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Merencanakan dan memproduksi konten visual berupa foto dan video untuk kebutuhan pemasaran, promosi, serta branding perusahaan.
Melaksanakan proses fotografi dan videografi, termasuk pengambilan gambar produk, aktivitas operasional, dan dokumentasi perusahaan.
Melakukan proses editing dan post-production foto maupun video sesuai dengan standar visual dan identitas brand perusahaan.
Mengembangkan konsep kreatif, storyboard, dan ide visual berdasarkan kebutuhan kampanye pemasaran.
Menghasilkan materi promosi visual yang informatif, menarik, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik produk serta target audiens perusahaan.
Memastikan kualitas hasil produksi konten sesuai dengan standar perusahaan dan tenggat waktu yang telah ditentukan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Marketing dan Social Media Specialist dalam memenuhi kebutuhan materi visual untuk berbagai platform komunikasi pemasaran.

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Multimedia, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Broadcasting, atau bidang relevan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Digital Content Creation, Photography, Videography, atau posisi sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan teknis dalam fotografi, videografi, serta pengolahan dan penyuntingan foto maupun video.
Menguasai aplikasi editing seperti Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, atau perangkat lunak sejenis.
Mampu mengoperasikan kamera dan peralatan pendukung produksi visual.
Memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan konsep kreatif dan menerjemahkannya menjadi konten visual yang efektif.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, manajemen waktu, dan koordinasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif dalam tim.

Wajib melampirkan portofolio hasil pekerjaan fotografi, videografi, dan editing.
