Start Friday Asia Brand & Business Strategy Consulting, we are looking for a strategic, adaptive, and high-ownership individual to join our team as an Digital Business Specialist, serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams across branding, marketing, and business development projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships
• Handle end-to-end account/project management across branding, marketing strategy initiatives
• Oversee and monitor social media accounts for clients and internal brands
• Prepare briefs, timelines, and coordinate project execution with internal teams
• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project objectives and deadlines
• Provide strategic input on branding, marketing, and business growth opportunities
• Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve ideation, efficiency, and execution
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term client development
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Branding, or related fields
• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and business strategy
• Good understanding of social media management and digital communication
• Familiar with AI-driven tools/workflows for professional use
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• High sense of ownership and accountability toward project outcomes
• Fluent in English conversation and professional communication, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship/work experience in agency, consultancy, branding, or creative environments
• Experience with content planning and campaign strategy
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Environment, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
