Job description for Digital Brand Planner & Strategist at F4elements

Job Description

  1. Develop digital brand strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives
  2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to create relevant and impactful campaigns
  3. Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions for internal teams (creative and social media)
  4. Create comprehensive content plans aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives
  5. Develop and prepare strategic decks for internal alignment, client presentations, and pitching
  6. Plan and supervise digital campaigns (social media, content, KOL/influencer) from concept to implementation
  7. Conduct regular evaluation and performance reviews of ongoing projects, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  8. Lead retainer strategy development, including monthly/quarterly planning and continuous optimization
  9. Support and lead pitching for new clients and projects, including research, strategy formulation, and presentation
  10. Collaborate with account, creative, and performance teams to ensure seamless execution
  11. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights

Job Requirements

  1. 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency or marketing strategist role
  2. Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem (social media, advertising, content, influencers)
  3. Proven experience in developing content pillars and strategic presentations/decks
  4. Experience in handling retainer clients and project-based campaigns
  5. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to evaluate performance and generate insights
  6. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in client-facing situations
  7. Comfortable working on both ongoing projects and new business pitches
  8. Up-to-date with digital trends and consumer behavior
