Digital Brand Manager

REQUIREMENT

- Working Experience : Min 2 years , experienced in managing retail fashion brand (manage brand establishment through social media : IG , Tiktik , etc)

- Editing : Skilled in adore Premiere & Capcut

- Languange : Can speak both Bahasa & english

- Storytelling : can write compelling narratives for explaining photo & videos

- Video skills : can use smartphone (iphone preferred) for talking video & know the “right” angle for video taking

- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content trends

- Having interest in sport fashion / activewear/fashion brand. Having experience in marketing and brand management is a plus point

- Strong knowledge in digital marketing tools and platform (e.g Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus points

- Character :hardworking, persistent, progree-oriented, willing to learn new things and grow along the way .

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

Content creation & social media management

- Content planning ( script planning, video/photoshoot concepting, etc)

- Content creation (video & photo taking + editing, writing caption, etc)

- Do research to keep up to date with social media trends (IG Reels, tiktok, etc)

- Do research to keep up to date with market trends & consumer behavior

- Coordinate with other creative teams to unsure campaign/asset material already align with company branding

Digital marketing & ads planning

- Collaborate with team to plan and execute digital marketing campaign (including ads)

- Collaborate with team to optimize ads performance to increase traffics & leads

- Collect campaign performance data & compile report regularly

- Analyze campaign & content reports to create better strategies in the future
