Job description for Digital and Creative Manager at IWG E-Sports Sdn Bhd
- Lead the Digital & Creative Divisions and provide the necessary directions to achieve KPI & ROI;
- Designing a digital marketing strategy & a creative activation plan (paid channel) in accordance with the target goals and metrics. As well as implementing campaign metrics as KPIs and optimization to achieve sustainable growth;
- Manage with a great sense of ownership of all marketing channels & platforms (online) and improve user/customer journey/experience;
- Can Work cross-functionally divisions & Generate reports and conduct analysis and take insights for performance recommendations & upward growth strategies;
- Manage the marketing budget so that every plan and execution is in accordance with the predetermined budget;
- Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for their adoption, if necessary;
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display ad campaigns) and marketing platforms (web, apps, marketplaces and delivery apps) with a track record of optimizing campaigns and growth across marketing funnel (TOFU – MOFU – BOFU)
- Experience using MMP ( singular / etc)
- Strategic and highly creative in identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and transform
- Strong knowledge of website analysis tools and Experienced in: (1) optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B, and multivariate experiments
- Solid leadership results driven, self-starter, very agile with excellent teamwork and Excellent management of multiple projects with attention to detail
- High interest and passion about Esports and has experience in the Agency Industry is preferable
