What We're Looking For
- Experienced in handling and allocating monthly advertising budgets of Rp100M+ across multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Understand advertising ecosystem in a 360° approach across Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads, TikTok, affiliate, and retargeting channels
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing and able to apply it creatively and technically in advertising strategy.
- Data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on numbers, performance metrics, and analytical insights
- Able to identify winning creatives, funnel bottlenecks, audience behavior, and scaling opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end paid advertising across Meta, Marketplace, and Social Commerce platforms — from budget allocation, scaling, optimization, creative direction, until performance analysis.
- Identify winning creative directions, product values, and advertising angles for high-performing ads content.
- Optimize Marketplace & Social Commerce growth by collaborating closely with sales team through campaigns, promotions, and performance strategies.
- Work closely with affiliate and content teams to strengthen product exposure, traffic ecosystem, and conversion opportunities.
- Create, analyze, and present weekly to monthly performance reports with actionable strategic insights
