WE’RE HIRING: DIGITAL ADVERTISER I Lokasi: Sleman, Yogyakarta (WFO) | Full Time

Job Description:

- Mengelola operasional harian Ads (META - CPAS, TIKTOK - GMV ADS & SHOPEE ADS)

- A/B testing (creative, audience, placement) untuk temukan kombinasi paling efisien

- Riset tren konten, format iklan, dan perilaku konsumen terbaru di tiap platform / industri brand

- Mengatur budget allocation & bidding strategy sesuai target

- Koordinasi dengan tim kreatif untuk brief materi iklan sesuai insight performa

- Optimasi SKU & keyword di Shopee/marketplace lain untuk maksimalkan visibility organik & ads

- Kolaborasi dengan tim desain untuk optimasi listing (thumbnail, gallery, banner) berbasis data performa

- Monitor listing & pricing strategy di marketplace

- Reporting performance Ads

Kualifikasi:

- Memiliki pengalaman 1 -2 tahun handling Ads

- Paham strategic / Paham dunia Adsvertising Digital

- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target

- Komunikatif, Percaya Diri & Good public speaking

- Terbiasa dengan membaca data / menganalisa data

- Memahami platfrom tiktok, instagram & shopee

- Proaktif, kreatif, dan solusi oriented

- Bersedia kerja onsite di Sleman,Yogyakarta (WFO)
