Job description for Digital Ads Specialist at PT. Vexa Digital Solutions
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have a portfolio or independent campaign case studies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including marketing funnels, retargeting, and conversion logic.
- Proficient in analyzing data and using Ads Manager dashboards to make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum education requirement: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma.
- Knowledge of or a strong interest in the gaming industry is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Launch, manage, and optimize daily advertising campaigns across Google Ads.
- Conduct audience research, targeting experiments, and regular A/B testing of advertising creatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
- Analyze advertising performance data and prepare daily/weekly reports to support ongoing campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team (copywriters and graphic designers) to develop and improve advertising assets.
- Manage and ensure efficient allocation and utilization of advertising budgets.
