Job description for Digital Account Sales Lead at TokoTalk
- Drive Decision-making and Thought-leadership with Sales in enabling business/performance growth through systematic interventions.
- Deliver the advertising tools from Google, Facebook, TikTok to support sellers
- Analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of online marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, Impressions, CPA, CR, etc are a must
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
- Build strong, long-term relationships and maintain frequent contact with Sellers
- Support team working on creating a new marketing strategy and execution of digital marketing communications and campaigns
- Track, evaluate, and report digital and social media channel performance to be shared to sellers
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales and/or multi-functional project management leadership
- Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics
- Solid skills in executing and optimizing digital campaigns across various digital channels while being able to ensure that all campaign objectives and KPI targets are overachieved
- Tracking and reporting campaign results, analyzing key takeaways and deriving actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
- Highly organized, good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
