🎯 Pendidikan & Pengalaman

  1. Minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau sejenisnya.
  2. Pengalaman kerja 3–5 tahun di bidang digital marketing, account management, atau agency.
  3. Berpengalaman mengelola klien dari berbagai industri (FMCG, e-commerce, lifestyle, dll).

🛠️ Keterampilan Teknis

  1. Pemahaman mendalam tentang digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media ads, influencer/KOL, content strategy).
  2. Kemampuan analisis data kampanye digital (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rate).
  3. Familiar dengan tools digital (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, dsb).
  4. Project management & campaign execution.

🤝 Soft Skills

  1. Komunikasi efektif (lisan & tulisan).
  2. Presentasi dan storytelling yang persuasif.
  3. Negosiasi dan relationship management dengan klien.
  4. Problem solving & critical thinking.
