Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze issues that occur in production applications.
- Perform monitoring and documentation of all production servers.
- Monitor operational challenges and analyze them to identify solutions.
- Conduct regular backups using SQL Server.
- Monitor challenges related to SQL Server, MongoDB, and other servers.
- Create reports based on problem analysis from operational activities.
- Quickly adapt and integrate with relevant technologies.
- Innovate in technology development to meet the company's operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science)
- Has 1-3 years experience in DevOps position
- Strong analytical skills with a high ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in using version control tools (e.g., Git)
- Proficient in CRUD operations using SQL Server
- Proficient in PHP programming language
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB technologies (SQL Management Studio)
- Strong understanding and expertise in the Laravel framework (including Artisan, Blade Templating, Routing, and Middleware)
- Proficient in using Crystal Reports
- Knowledgeable and skilled in Docker technology
- Understanding and experience with Docker technology is a plus
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON is a plus
- On-site in Jakarta area
