Job Description
1. Manage and maintain production infrastructure, ensuring system stability, availability, security, and performance.
2. Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in on-premise or self-managed environments.
3. Manage Kubernetes clusters using K3s, Rancher, OpenShift, Helm, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
4. Perform Linux Server Administration, including server configuration, maintenance, optimization, and production troubleshooting.
5. Manage and maintain PostgreSQL databases in production, including backup, restore, monitoring, and performance optimization.
6. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to automate deployment processes.
7. Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar tools.
8. Support infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible, Terraform, or related technologies.
9. Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure Teams to support application deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve system reliability.
10. Perform incident response, root cause analysis, and production troubleshooting, including participation in on-call rotation outside regular working hours when required.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer.
3. Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably in on-premise/self-managed environments.
4. Familiar with K3s, Rancher, OpenShift, Helm, ArgoCD, or bare-metal Kubernetes.
5. Strong knowledge of Linux Server Administration and production troubleshooting.
6. Hands-on experience managing PostgreSQL in production, including backup and restore; familiarity with MongoDB and Redis is preferred.
7. Experienced in building CI/CD pipelines from scratch using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
8. Familiar with monitoring and infrastructure tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Ansible, or Terraform.
9. Willing to participate in an on-call rotation outside regular working hours.
10. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
11. Have English language proficiency, with at least passive proficiency.
