Job description for DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer at Accelist Lentera Indonesia
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service platforms that enable development teams to efficiently access infrastructure, tools, and services.
- Develop and manage automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Configure, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery processes.
- Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Grafana and ELK Stack.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of real-time data integration platforms utilizing Change Data Capture (CDC) and Apache Kafka.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.
- Continuously evaluate platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Data Engineer, or a similar role.
Technical Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Proven experience in projects involving Change Data Capture (CDC) and Apache Kafka implementation.
- Strong experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Grafana for monitoring and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and observability.
- Good understanding of Linux administration, networking concepts, system security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in distributed systems environments.
