Job Description
We are looking for a Developer EDMS (SharePoint) with strong experience in EDMS, SharePoint, and Application Support to support our team in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to EDMS users.
- Manage new user registration, user access, and basic system administration.
- Assist users with document upload, search, classification, and retrieval.
- Follow up on user issues and maintain ticket/log documentation.
- Monitor EDMS availability and document integrity.
- Support document migration activities when required.
- Provide training/socialization to new EDMS users.
- Prepare monthly reports on system usage, storage capacity, and document statistics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EDMS management or technical application support.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint is required.
- Experience with Oracle EDMS, SharePoint, or similar EDMS platforms.
- Understanding of document classification, metadata, version control, access control, and approval workflows.
- Basic application/system administration experience, including user and permission management.
- Basic SQL/query or reporting knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of document retention, folder structures, and file/document management standards.
- Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to handle sensitive documents and information.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in EDMS + SharePoint technical support/development are highly preferred.
