Job description for Desktop Support Engineer - Area Sangatta, Kalimantan Timur at PT Berca Hardayaperkasa

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memberikan dukungan teknis harian kepada end user terkait laptop dan perangkat kerja IT (hardware & software).
Melakukan troubleshooting laptop/PC (Windows OS), termasuk permasalahan performa, error sistem, dan aplikasi.
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan re-imaging laptop sesuai standar perusahaan/klien.
Melakukan basic network troubleshooting pada perangkat end user (LAN, WiFi, VPN).
Menganalisis, mendiagnosis, dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis secara efektif.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
Memiliki kemampuan instalasi, troubleshoot dan konfigurasi hardware dan software laptop/PC sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
Pengetahuan yang baik tentang sistem operasi Windows, basic network, dan aplikasi perkantoran.
Bersedia bekerja onsite di daerah Sangatta, Kalimantan Timur.

Contract based on project.
