Memantau akun untuk mengidentifikasi tagihan yang belum dibayar
Menyelidiki data historis untuk setiap tagihan yang tertunggak
Menemukan dan hubungi klien untuk menanyakan tentang pembayaran mereka yang telah jatuh tempo
Mengambil tindakan untuk mendorong pembayaran tagihan tepat waktu
Memproses pembayaran dan pengembalian uang
Menyelesaikan masalah penagihan dan kredit pelanggan
Memperbarui catatan status akun dan upaya pengumpulan
Melaporkan aktivitas penagihan dan status piutang
