Job Description :

1. Melakukan panggilan ke customer expatriat yang mengalami kendala dalam melakukan pembayaran.

2. Melakukan update di system atas hasil follow up customer/pelanggan.

3. Mengingatkan tagihan yang sudah jatuh tempo ke customer.

4. Memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan terkait cara pembayaran dan nominal yang harus dibayarkan.
