Job Description:

Menangani panggilan masuk dan keluar untuk memberikan informasi, solusi, atau tindak lanjut kepada pelanggan.
Melakukan verifikasi data pelanggan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait (sales, teknisi, operasional) untuk memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi.
Menjaga standar komunikasi yang ramah, sopan, dan sesuai etika pelayanan

Job Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal D3
Pengalaman kerja di bidang call center, customer service, atau telemarketing menjadi nilai tambah.
Komunikasi verbal yang jelas, ramah, dan persuasif.
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan tekanan.
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan empati terhadap pelanggan.
