Job Description:
- Mengumpulkan data pelanggan yang menunggak, menganalisis penyebab tunggakan, dan membuat rencana penagihan
- Melakukan kontak dengan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, atau surat untuk mengingatkan tentang tunggakan pembayaran dan menagih pembayaran
- Menyusun laporan harian hingga bulanan terkait target aktivitas penagihan
