Job description for Designer for TINYSOLES at Milieu Space
Tinysoles (tinysoles.id) is an baby & kids footwear brand dedicated to creating adorable, safe, and comfortable shoes for little ones. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Designer who can translate warmth, creativity, and functionality into every pair of tiny shoes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Design
• Create detailed design sheets with material references, measurements, and colorways.
• Assist the production team by providing clear visual guides and ensuring design intent is understood during sampling.
2. Visual & Brand Design
• Develop design elements for Tinysoles across social media, website banners, e-commerce, packaging, and other brand assets.
• Maintain, refine, and evolve Tinysoles’s visual identity.
• Create moodboards based on direction provided during meetings with the Marketing and Design Lead.
• Revise and refine moodboards to stay aligned with the main seasonal moodboard and brand storytelling.
3. Product Development Support
• Study competitor brands and propose innovations relevant to our market.
• Participate in seasonal collection planning and storytelling.
4. Trend & Market Research
• Research kidswear trends, materials, colors, and global footwear styles.
• Observe market needs and contribute ideas for seasonal collections.
5. Collaboration & Communication
• Align designs with brand direction and storytelling.
• Keep design archives organized and updated.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Required :
• Age 20-35 y.o
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Basic to strong skills in digital design tools (AI, Photoshop, Procreate, Figma).
• Good sketching ability — hand or digital.
• Passion for designing products for kids
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Willingness to learn about materials used in safe baby shoes.
• Ability to work with the team and independently
Preferred :
• Experience in footwear or kidswear design (bonus).
• Understanding of shoe construction and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of production workflows and sampling.
