Design Operations & QA Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience in Design Operations, Project Coordination, Design QA, Creative Operations, or related roles
- Able to work in a hybrid time zone (WIB and Canadian Eastern Time) with core working hours between 04:00/05:00 PM to 12:00/01:00 AM WIB.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual inconsistencies
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Understanding of design system principles, including layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency
- Familiarity with design workflows across digital, marketing, and branding projects
- Ability to review design deliverables for quality, accuracy, and client readiness
- Familiarity with design handoff and production workflows
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Marketing, and Client Services
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Previous experience supporting UI/UX or product design teams
- Experience performing Visual QA / Design QA reviews
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Basic understanding of frontend implementation considerations
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
