As a Desainer Interior at CV Strandia Eco Living, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and design interior spaces that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. You will collaborate closely with architects and other designers to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings and renderings, selecting materials and finishes, and managing construction details. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with local regulations and client expectations.Support project progress from design development to site supervision when needed. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and contractors will be crucial to your success in this role.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to bring their passion for design to our team. The position is available for a hybrid work schedule, offering flexibility for both remote and office-based work. To be considered for this role, you should hold an Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. You must have between one and three years of experience in interior design (Design & Build company is a plus). Essential skills include teamwork, construction site management, proficiency in English language, and familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp. Chinese language would be advantageous but not mandatory.
