Job description for Desainer Interior at CID Studio
We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading and managing our interior design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, team members, and external partners to deliver exceptional designs that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to
project completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives,
translating them into innovative design solutions.
• Create detailed project proposals, mood boards, and design presentations that
effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Oversee and mentor junior and interior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and
support throughout the design process.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with the project's
design vision and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to ensure our designs are
contemporary and cutting-edge.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless
project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful
project delivery.
• Site measure and supervision to ensure implementation of design intent, quality
control, coordination with suppliers, progress monitoring and problem solving
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design or equivalent.
• 3 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a
range of successful projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe
Creative Suite).
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and
external partners.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in guiding junior and
interior designers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design
standards.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and trends in interior design.
