The Paralian Uluwatu was founded in 2022 with the creation of our flagship project 11-11, built on a simple vision to craft properties that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Since then, we have expanded into full-scale villa development and property sales, including projects like The Waits Estates, a collection of community designed villas in Uluwatu featuring padel courts, 24 hour security and community pools. In 2026, we will launch our own Property Management Group to provide end-to-end service and long-term peace of mind for owners, and from sales to architecture, design to delivery, our in-house team brings expertise across every stage of development ensuring exceptional quality, comfort, and execution. We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our growing team because your creative talent will play a pivotal role in bringing our unique architectural visions to life, offering you the opportunity to shape high-end residential spaces while working alongside a dedicated group of professionals committed to excellence.
As the Desainer Interior, you will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into detailed interior environments that reflect our brand's commitment to beauty and comfort. Your key duties will include developing comprehensive interior design plans, creating precise technical drawings, and producing realistic visualizations using industry-standard software. You will collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure seamless integration between interior aesthetics and structural elements, manage material selections, and oversee the execution of design concepts during the construction phase to guarantee that the final results meet our rigorous standards for quality and detail.
We invite candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree and between 3 and 5 years of experience in interior design to apply for this role. To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and both Interior and Exterior Design skills, with a strong focus on Interior Design principles. Please note that this position is open to female candidates only, and we look forward to reviewing applications from individuals who share our passion for creating distinctive and welcoming living spaces at Jalan Labuansait, Pecatu Kel., Kuta Selatan, Badung, 80363, Indonesia.
