Skilled in developing design concepts, space planning, preparing technical drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and producing high-quality 3D visualizations. Experienced in collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
* Create space plans, mood boards, and detailed design presentations.
* Prepare technical drawings and 3D models using design software.
* Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and decorative elements.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.
* Revise and refine designs based on client feedback.
