**HIRING: INTERIOR DESIGNER**
We're looking for a passionate Interior Designer to join Michael Lauw Studio.
**Requirements**
1. Bachelor's or Diploma (D3/S1) in Interior Design or Architecture.
2. Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
4. Passionate about designing high-end residential and commercial interiors.
5. Strong design sensibility and a refined aesthetic.
6. Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
8. Able to work collaboratively within a team.
9. Strong communication and presentation skills.
10. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
**What You'll Do**
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning.
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Prepare technical drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in site visits and oversee design implementation.
