PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in interior design, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.
Looking for Architect/Interior Designer
Qualifications & Experiences
- Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
- Proven working experience as Architect, Interior Designer or related field, preferably in the construction or design interior minimum 2 years;
- Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;
- High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, V-Ray, D5 or other relevant software for 2D and 3D drawing;
- Understand about basic interior electrical systems;
- Good sense of aesthetics, space planning, and detail;
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with teams;
- Willing to visit sites and adapt designs based on project conditions;
- Strong communication skills and time management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop layout plans, 3D visualizations, and design concepts based on client requirements;
- Prepare DED, shop drawing, as built drawing;
- Prepare architectural drawings, material specifications, and mood boards;
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy on-site.
- Visit project sites to oversee design implementation and provide on-site instructions.
- Research and source materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Revise and adjust drawings as required by client feedback or technical constraints.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, construction materials, and industry standards.
